Equipment can supply you high quality glass lined jacketed reactors from 50 liters up to 20,000 liters. You can choose open type or close-welded construction as per your preference. However, because of glassing process requirement, we suggest you choose close-welded type begining from 2,500 liters. To achieve better heat transfer rate in a conventional jacketed reactor, it''s quite necessary for you to use agitating nozzles. The agitating nozzles will project into the jacket space, which can produce turbulent flow in the jacket and will improve the heating or cooling efficiency. | |
